WEEE Collection Form

The address (including postcode) where the WEEE is to be collected from. If you are a returning customer, please enter the company name and site name.

Wherever possible, please ensure that items are gathered together prior to the collection, or that someone on site is aware of the location of the items to be collected. *Please ensure that the items are stored in a dry location or are made suitably waterproof if stored outside.*

Please include the quantity (approx. weight, number of boxes/pallets and/or loose items) of each type of equipment, how it is packed and whether they are whole items or components.

If possible, please upload photos here of your items to be collected. However, if you have multiple photos, please email them to your Account Manager OR [email protected] with the Subject: WEEE Collection

If yes, please state which type if known - e.g. lithium-ion (such as contained in laptops)

Beyondly is keen to encourage consideration of the Waste hierarchy and where possible, would advise de-branding and reuse of WEEE. Get in touch if you would like to find out more about re-use and de-branding.

Are there any specific requirements for the collection - e.g. fork lift required; lorry with tail lift required; limited site access?

As per government guidance (https://www.gov.uk/managing-your-waste-an-overview) please ensure that all of your waste is stored indoors in secure and suitably labelled containers. If the waste cannot be stored indoors, please ensure there are waterproof covers to stop the waste blowing away and prevent water damage or potential waste run-off.
